Today we smashed a target at Maritime Apartments! Its been 5 years since Barros Trading Ltd bought these buildings and embarked on the biggest urban regeneration of its kind! Now with 300 totally refurbished units, operating as Serviced Apartments in Barrow‘s most Industrial area ‘Barrow Island’ we are busier than ever!
Today we hit a milestone occupancy that we’ve been gunning for for years!
Of course we celebrated with healthy breakfasts (prepped by Lisa the breakfast enthusiast) and big smiles!
