We’re delighted to share some fantastic news about our internet services. As part of our ongoing mission to make your life at Maritime Apartments as convenient and enjoyable as possible, we are implementing a significant upgrade to our in-house internet infrastructure.
On Monday, 19th June, our team will be hard at work enhancing the system to provide you with even more reliable and high-speed internet connectivity. We believe that these updates will significantly enhance your online experience, whether you’re working from home, streaming your favourite shows, or staying connected with loved ones.
While we make these improvements, you may experience a brief interruption in your internet service. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
How do I access the upgraded internet?
As part of this upgrade we are launching a new portal. This user-friendly platform has been designed to offer a more streamlined way for you to manage your internet settings.
When you first try to use the internet on a device, you should be automatically forwarded to the portal. If this does not happen please navigate to https://internet.maritimeapartments.co.uk/
All you need to do is select the internet speed that you want. You can select the complimentary basic internet package with speeds of up to 2MB (or 10MB for serviced apartments), that you’ve been enjoying as part of your tenancy or choose to upgrade.
If you choose to upgrade, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details and subscribe. Should you wish to manage your upgrade, be it changing speeds or cancelling altogether, you can also do this through the portal.
We understand that change can sometimes lead to questions or concerns. Therefore, we have a dedicated internet support team ready to assist you at Internet@maritimeapartments.co.uk. Alternatively, you can always reach out to our main office for any assistance.
