On site we have 2 large boiler houses where we control the heating to our serviced apartments.
We also provide low cost heat and hot water to our perminent residents where we charge a very low weekly rate for unlimited use. We have one street where we have a mixture of young families to elderly residents – some who have lived here over 40 years, well before these historical buildings had any source of heating. In 2017 we chose to unlimited our heating use to all. This means our residents and their families will always have access to heat in the colder months and a hot shower every day.
